Types of stainless steel elevator plates
Nowadays, there are indeed various types of elevator boards such as 201, 304, 316, and 400 series. The 201 material is considered to be of unreliable quality and is mainly used for freight elevators in the factory; while the 400 series material is compared with the 300 material, it is reasonable to say It should be the 304 series material that is better, and the 400 series materials 439 and 443 are currently used by manufacturers, especially the 443 material. It is understood that the anti-rust can also be comparable to the 304 material, mainly depends on whether the material manufacturing conforms to international standards, and The price is definitely lower than that of 304; 443 panels can also be used in high-end elevators, depending on the surface treatment process. As for the relatively expensive material of 316, it is mainly used in high-end coastal places such as hotels. In addition, stainless steel clad plates are also used as elevator plates. The use of clad plates does reduce costs, but not all manufacturers can have corresponding manufacturing processes that can be adopted and used, which may be related to the implementation standards of manufacturers, and the corrosion resistance performance is also required. Make a discount, after all, many manufacturers care about the cost of material prices.
Stainless steel elevator material thickness and surface treatment
Having introduced so many materials above, let's take a look at the material thickness and surface treatment methods of stainless steel elevators. The most widely used is stainless steel door cover. Now there are two styles of stainless steel door cover, one is the vertical side and the horizontal side with a 45-degree collision angle, and the other is the vertical side and the horizontal side are installed vertically, it is recommended to use The latter and the former sometimes require welding to meet the corners; the thickness of the stainless steel used is generally a thin material with a thickness of 0.6-0.8mm, which is convenient for edge wrapping and bending. Next, the thickness of the inner hall of the stainless steel elevator is generally 1.2-1.5mm, and many elevator companies with high requirements only use 1.5mm, because the inner wall of the elevator is not easily deformed by force. In addition, the surface treatment of stainless steel door covers: generally divided into two types: mirror surface and wire drawing. Mirror stainless steel is prone to fingerprints, but can be wiped off with a semi-dry rag.
